We offer ICF-aligned coach training and mentoring designed to support aspiring and experienced coaches in developing both coaching competence and coaching presence.

 

The programs combine practical learning, reflective development, supervised practice, and personalized feedback aligned with ICF Core Competencies and PCC markers.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

ICF Level 2 Coach Training Pathway

The program is designed to support coaches through both learning and application.

Program Includes:

  • ICF-aligned coach training

  • Live learning sessions

  • Supervised coaching practice

  • Mentor coaching

  • Individual feedback sessions

  • Reflective learning and assignments

  • PCC marker-based coaching observations

Duration

Approximately 4 months

CERTIFICA-TION PATHWAY

The training is aligned with International Coaching Federation (ICF) standards and supports coaches preparing for credentialing.

Pathway Includes:

  • ACC preparation

  • PCC preparation

  • Mentor coaching aligned with ICF requirements

  • Feedback on recorded coaching sessions

  • Guidance on ICF Core Competencies and PCC markers

  • Support for coaching assessments and credentialing readiness

The focus is not only on passing an assessment, but on developing a strong and authentic coaching practice.

MENTOR COACHING

Mentor coaching is available for coaches pursuing ACC or PCC credentials.

The mentoring process includes:

As per ICF, Mentor coaching is 10 hours (7 group + 3 ind)

  • Observation of recorded coaching sessions

  • Detailed developmental feedback

  • PCC marker-based assessment

  • Support in strengthening coaching competencies

  • Guidance on ICF standards and credentialing expectations

The mentoring approach is developmental, supportive, and rigorous.
